HOW WE STARTED
From a selfish sweet tooth, Snickerdoodle's Cakes founder and CEO initially began baking after taking a home economics class in high school. Never reading the directions, Latonia frustrated the home economics teacher by creating one-of-a-kind desserts from scratch. After several years as a hostess for a major hotel restaurant and working for a large financial institution, Latonia finally pursued her dream.
In 2001, after the birth of her first son nicknamed Snickerdoodle, the company was born! Snickerdoodle's has served many customers over the past years. Although many of her customers order the wide selection of cakes offered, the signature cake, Snickerdoodle, has become the most requested. A delicious original cake with a hint of the right spices, this specialty cake is a customer favorite. Taste it for yourself and remember EAT CAKE FIRST.​
